Vertical and Horizontal Pressure Filtration Systems

Layne provides both vertical and horizontal pressure filtration systems. Filter size and arrangement are engineered to each customers specifications depending on flow, water quality and space requirements. Layne Pressure Filters can be configured for the optimum removal of site–specific contaminants , including: iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, arsenic, radium, nitrate, perchlorate, turbidity, color, hardness and many other contaminants.

Highly efficient LayneOx (catalytic) and Amberpack (ion exchange) systems are available for space–conscious, high through–put requirements.

MEDIA

In addition to Layne's own proprietary LayneOx media, we can configure systems using a wide variety of media such as sand, anthracite, greensand, granular activated carbon (GAC), or specialty resins can be installed. Vessels are designed and manufactured in accordance with the ASME code and can be provided to operate in a manual or fully automatic mode.
